Terry is a senior public participation practitioner with decades of experience designing and implementing complex stakeholder and public engagement processes. His high-profile experience and a wide array of professional networks in the private, public, and non-profit sectors have cemented his reputation as a leader in his field. He also recently took on the Deputy District Electoral Officer (BC) role for the new riding of Ladysmith-Oceanside. Terry relocated to Nanaimo in 2019 with his wife Adele. They have four adult children. Terry obtained an MBA from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Administration from the University of Alberta.
