Erin is a second-term councillor with the City of Nanaimo. Her background includes more than two decades of experience in the community health field, delivering on multiple local and provincial initiatives aimed at improving access to health services. She has brought leadership to projects with Dalhousie University, the Atlantic Centre of Excellence for Women's Health, and the Nova Scotia Department of Wellness. She’s a proud founding member of the John Barsby Wellness Centre, B.C.'s first school-based health centre. Erin is the current Chair of the Vancouver Island Regional Library and is passionate about books and community building.
